Re: Injured Players
In an interview after the Sutton game, Terry Harris said Luke Croll was the closest but the rest are all long-term absentees. I would interpret that as at least two months for the likes of Balanta and Deering. I imagine House will go back to Reading without putting a Dagenham shirt on again. I woul...

Re: Attendance to drop <1000
Many fans are not coming this season as the football is crap and who can blame them. Yesterday we played one up top against a really poor side, hence the changes of formation at the start of the second half. The whole club has been on a downhill spiral for 9 years it turned when we sold Benson, it’...

Re: Current Squad & Contracts
Today's arrival of Doug Loft takes the current squad up to 28, which is a number that we'll probably be looking to trim soon. That's also not including the likes of Balogun and Bonds who, in spite of being given a squad number, won't be involved this season. It also means that we're looking stronge...

Thanks Auntie.
I am quite surprised that the forum ended after an hour? Was it not attended well or did Thommo end it swiftly once there was an opening for him to be seriously questioned?

Re: Free agents
The strikers who have scored the most goals for us over the past few seasons have been strikers signed up from teams playing in a couple of leagues below us, such as Hawkins from Hemel Hempstead, and Corey Whitely from Enfield. I think this is the best way forward when signing players. Sign up play...

Re: Takeover complete
To reiterate: there is no transfer window at this level. So we can sign someone from league 1 and league 2 right now and they can play for us before January? If only there was a website etc. etc. http://www.thenationalleague.org.uk/no-transfer-window-in-national-league-31421 That still doesn't answ...

New Signings
Ok, so the hype over the takeover has come and gone, but with potentially some money behind us to improve the team, which realistic signing would people want to see?
its a similar question to the "who would you like back" but a different spin....

I think 1 more departure would make that happen in abundance...RayleighDagger1986 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 15, 2018 7:08 pm I would like to see back all those fans who have deserted our beloved club over the years. The 12th man is the most important player this season COYD

Re: Takeover complete
I for one am delighted this news, it has been a tough few years for us all here, and this is the first bit of positive news, (baring the appointment of Peter Taylor) we've had in a while. I do understand, and naturally so that some may be wary at first, and to be fair there is good reason too as th...

Coincidence? or good timing for this new, fresh looking YoutubeTV channel to get a facelift?

Re: Takeover complete
Personally, I’d like to know what their plans are. I’d like someone willing to invest in infrastructure, marketing and increasing attendances and running the club on a sustainable footing. We don’t want a boom and bust investment model that leaves us begging for money and teetering towards insolven...

I'm in. How about 5 points for correctly guessing the team and score, and 2 for just the team.
