Re: Maidenhead home
Well deserved win today despite the refs attempt at ruining it, everyone worked hard and kept their shape, as for Phipps… never see a more unlikely centre forward but oh boy can he create havoc, great strike for the first goal and put it on a plate for Ree’s for the second, well deserved mom but onc...

Re: Gateshead..
Not an unexpected result bearing in mind our injury plagued squad, fortunately other results tonight were mostly favourable for us. Just have to get a result against Maidenhead on Saturday

Re: Freddie Sears where are you?
He’s gone! I wish him well and sincerely hope that in his final couple of years playing the game he can finally become the striker that he thinks he is,
but 1 goal in 23 games for us says it all, at least we don’t have to pay up his contract and waste more money

Re: York city.
My offer to get my boots out still stands!
I’ve also got a big frame but unfortunately it’s more width that height lol but by making the defenders run around me at least it’s making them work harder than they have to against shears.. sorry meant sears.. shears are sharp and useful.

Re: York city.
Just watched the highlights of the York game, and I’m absolutely flabbergasted at the open goal missed by sears, oh my god what did we do to deserve him? I m just keeping my fingers crossed that he’s unavailable for Tuesdays game. If Bens interested I’ve still got a pair of boots

Re: Oxford City
Apiah Forson Has been head and shoulders above everyone else this season, I couldn’t understand why Ben wasn’t playing him more earlier in the season, overall today’s result and performance was a welcome release from the usual stress on the terraces, it going to be a tough task in finding someone to...

Re: Chesterfield Home
Bloody good effort tonight, made them look like a normal team and not league leaders, most of us expected a tonking tonight but if it wasn’t for some absolute rubbish decisions by the referee I reckon we would’ve got a draw out of that! And Kedwell was a deserving man of the match, didn’t stop runni...

Re: Chesterfield Home
The middle of the sieve seems more deserted this season following the installation of the new gantries for TV cameras, resulting in larger metal posts to support it affecting viewing. Another Thommo blunder I guess To be fair I think this was a requirement for the weft spam girls football league re...

Re: Chesterfield Home
I think a lot of the bad form at our home games is down to the lack of atmosphere in the sieve, it’s gone downhill over the last few seasons mainly due to poor performances but frustrating as it is sometimes we need to get right behind the team and spur them onto better performances, too much negati...

Re: Bye Trinity
As mentioned previously it’s not really a surprise with what’s been happening over the past few months, the statement from Mr Freund correctly states that they did invest in the stadium infrastructure and it looks a lot better than before their tenure BUT I would rather watch from a tired stadium an...

Re: Eastleigh Home Boxing Day
A few comments about todays game, firstly well done, the majority of the side worked their bo11ocks off today.. what would we have done without Hill? Two goals from Effiong earning him man of the match but with him still seemingly acting a bit offish with the fans, he seemed upset when the crowd che...

Re: New winger
Reading his recent history he sounds just like George Saunders when he arrived, let’s hope his progress doesn’t end up the same.
Sorry to sound pessimistic but this season is just dragging my optimism to new lows.

Re: Myles Weston
Unfortunately the situation now is beyond salvage, this is no reflection on Ben Stevens as he can only do so much on a low budget, personally I renewed my season ticket after swallowing the bullshit promoting the strevalution, I think we’ve been miss sold and all season ticket holders should conside...
