Re: Another New Signing

They transfer listed him at the end of the season? Are they going to be struggling next season?

Re: New Signing

Went college with him so I’ve always followed his career. Scored a decent amount at pretty much every club his been at, great finisher a lot more lively than Wilkinson too. Not saying he’s better obviously but we’ll get a better all round contribution. Almost like an Adeloye who can actually score ...

Re: USA vs Guyana

Great achievement from both of them, think both will feature heavily next season.

Re: Bad News

Message from Owner: When we signed Conor on a permanent contract in January it was with one eye on this season but also to help keep the club up, and by all measures he was as big a factor in that as anyone in the squad. That said, in order to extend his contract, we were forced to put in a buy-out ...

Thommo’s explanation makes perfect sense. I hope we have the replacement lined up though.
Yep sad to lose him but little can be done in these circumstances.

Great day for Orient. Sold a player for 200k and signed an arguably better goalscorer for a fraction of that. Shrewd business. Done the deals and had the replacement lined up. Wonder whether we have...
Do we know what the release clause fee was?
peanuts.

Re: Bad News

Not a good day for the club, but nothing you can do about a buy out clause.

Massive task to replace him, just gone from outside chance of play offs to much lower in the table.

Re: Who would you like to see at Dagenham next season?

Agreed. Maybe he wasn't anticipating the kind of money that would be chucked around this summer. I'm glad we aren't trying to follow suit. Even smaller clubs are spending and we could see a few more Ebbsfleet or Gateshead situations. Also worth noting that spending doesn't guarantee anything. Orien...

Re: Who would you like to see at Dagenham next season?

Personally think Bromley seem to be going way over their usual spend in an unwise manner. Bingham is a huge risk. If he plays 35 games he'll be their player of the season but it's far more likely he spends months on the sideline claiming a big wage. Edit: he's played about 170 league matches in 11 ...

Re: New signing - Harold Odametey

Decent player, needs time adjusting to full tome though.

So by May 20 we resign our Captain, our player of the year, an apparently very promising keeper plus someone who would seem to have a bit of promise and that's not a good enough start for you
Get a grip
Nunn got resigned? Agree with the rest.
