Re: Bromley (A) Thread

Brilliant come back in the 2nd half should have won the game, hope Frank is ok although looks like he may have broken his arm.

Re: Effiong

I think Effiong could do better as his goals have shown in the past but he needs feeding much better passing from our midfield, last nights game clearly demonstrated this, some of our passing was woeful even from Tavares, for those who took the streaming option what did you think of the commentry ?b...

Re: Barnet

Well I came up to Dagenham expecting the worse, so watching the game I was really surprised at the really great effort put in by everyone except Elliott ( only joking) I have never seen him have such a quiet game, Westie never stopped running and went most of the game and some of our new payers real...

Re: NL: Barnet (H) 26 August 2023

That is one piece of very good news for us and the club that Effiong is recovering well, could it be possible that Sidney might fit the bill?

Re: NL: Gateshead (H) 15 August 2023

I have decided not to come to the Gateshead game but can anybody tell me if the Mixir will be on for the commentary, why do we not get this info in advance not just SOMETIMES on the day, I have attempted in the past to subscribe to the National League to view our games but they say this is for overs...

Re: Dreadfull.

Oh dear I totally agree what has already been said about todays very poor performance, just to add my bit that Ben should have corrected the many things that were so wrong in the first half ie, the team were giving their players far to much room to receive a pass and not be challenged when on a rare...

The Sieve situation

Can anyone let me know if the terracing at the Sieve will be open for the Southend game as the game against Gillingham it was closed off I assume because of the sight lines restrictions were causing some concerns.

Re: No Views From The Sieve

I can understand the club closing off the Sieve against Gillingham yesterday for safety reasons, but surely they could have opened up the Bury road section, fortunately there were not enough fans that required this to happen but referring to Strevs interview yesterday he is excited about having a la...

Re: New Striker

I watched the Gillingham game yesterday and noticed our number 7 but his name was not on the programme can anybody let me know what his name is as I thought he looked our best player up front, fast, good dribbler and passed the ball well, showed plenty of talent just needs to take his time when shoo...

Re: Friendly: West Ham (H)

I read earlier today that the Hammers announced that the could be playing some of the 1st team that did not travel to Australia ie. Fabiansky, Cresswell, Ings and Zouma if so I am looking forward to the challenge.

Re: Friendly: Romford (A)

Re: Friendly: Romford (A)

I remember visiting Brooklands back in the sixties when Romford played against A very strong Arsenal team I can not remember the score but there was no being slaughtered on the day.

Pre season friendlies

I noticed that the pre season friendly against the Hammers would include some 1st team players and some under 21s but the team will be flying back from Australia 2 days prior to our scheduled game, there is no way they will play their first team so soon so we will be lucky if we get just a couple wh...

Very sorry to hear the leaving of Robbo, he was always the first person I looked for in the games line ups, his attitude and efforts was great, I wish him well for the future.

Re: Statement from Peter B Freund

I am prepared to try the old approach that Peter has mentioned as we lacked some of the grit our supporters demanded at times, however I will give it 1 more season because we should remember that this league has changed for the better over the last few years, the quality of football has improved and...
